Responsibilities:
Post Construction Commercial Cleaning
Dust pipes walls and floor surfaces
Clean and sanitize designated areas such as offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum floors using appropriate equipment
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings
Empty and clean trash containers
Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required
Follow health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cleaner or janitor
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Integrity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
Attention to detail and thoroughness
Excellent time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
Experience with heavy equipment is a plus
