Commercial Cleaning Account Manager – $20.00 - $25.00/hr. or more + Bonuses
We’re a fast-growing commercial cleaning company serving Los Angeles County, with additional accounts in Ventura County and Orange County. We’re looking for a hands-on, client-focused Account Manager who can manage accounts, visit job sites, meet with crews, handle quality control, answer phones, meet new clients, and support sales.
This is a field + office role for someone who is organized, reliable, and not afraid to work hard.
Experience in commercial cleaning AND account management is a big plus.
Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish – is required

Your Responsibilities:
Quality Control & Field Work
-Visit job sites daily/weekly to check work quality
-Meet with cleaning crews and supervisors to review expectations
-Train staff on proper cleaning procedures when needed
-Make sure every location meets company standards
-Catch issues early and correct them on-site
-Deliver supplies when needed
-Support new account start-ups in person
Client & Account Management
-Manage and maintain assigned commercial cleaning accounts
-Be the primary contact for clients — calls, texts, emails, walk-throughs
-Answer phones professionally and follow up quickly
-Meet with new clients and attend walkthroughs
-Schedule and conduct quality control inspections
-Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
-Oversee schedules, staffing, and supply needs
-Prepare proposals and estimates (final approval by management)
-Track performance metrics and recommend improvements
-Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
-Be available for urgent client or operational needs
Sales
-Help bring in new accounts by meeting prospects and attending site visits
-Support sales with walkthroughs and basic pricing info
-Coordinate with teams, supervisors, vendors, and management
-Keep documentation, inspections, and client notes organized
-Maintain a clean workflow and follow company systems
What We’re Looking For:
-Fluent in English & Spanish (required)
-Experience in commercial cleaning AND account management (preferred)
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Hard-working, reliable, and proactive
-Comfortable visiting job sites and working closely with crews
-Organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once
-Must be willing to travel throughout LA, Ventura, and OC
-Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
-Knowledge of janitorial operations, chemicals, equipment, and QC procedures
Sales or upselling experience is a plus
