We are seeking EXPERIENCED HIGH RISE WINDOW CLEANERS to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, SAFE, and orderly environment. Majority of work located in the Greater Los Angeles, Pasadena, and Orange County Areas.
Responsibilities:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
Perform heavy cleaning duties; window cleaning, caulking, pressure washing, etc.
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Organize work material (s) and equipment
Maintain working condition of equipment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in high rise window cleaning; including Swing Stage Operation, Sky Genie/Bosun Chair work, Water Fed Pole, etc.
Pressure Washing experience a plus!
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Working vehicle (preferably a truck) is a must
