$25-$26 per hour depending on experience
Seeking skilled labor with experience in the following:
General electrical, plumbing, drywall, deep cleaning, painting and general labor
Duties to include:
-Swap trash bins daily
-Resolve and complete work orders in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service to tenants
-Aid in special projects as directed by our Project Manager
-Clean common areas daily
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
