We are an LLC company that hosts Short Term Rentals (Airbnb etc.) apartments in the good neighborhoods of West LA, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Westwood, Mid-Wilshire and the Grove! Currently we host 13 apartment units (Mostly 2 bedrooms and 1 bedrooms).
Pay:
Yearly pay is around $48,000-$60,000 per year.
$70 for small 2 bedroom apartments
$60 for 1 bedroom apartments.
with clean sheets and towels 1 bedrooms take about 30-40 minutes
2 bedrooms take an hour max
The busy hours are between from 11AM-3PM and we have work almost every day of the week.

- Ability to communicate (English or able to communicate correctly by using translation applications)
