Your Mission:
Maintain, fix and repair 1 upscale, 6000+sq ft. vacation rental near Pierce College. Rentals include all types of movie shoots (must be comfortable, and professional, around adult filming), parties, weddings, vacations, celebrations, etc.
Repair 5 other rental homes with yearly tenants, as issues arise.
Home repair of all types. I remodel fixer uppers, so from time to time I need real work done, concrete, sewer, digging, gas lines, insulation, crawl spaces, roof work etc.
Must be comfortable working in and around a legal cannabis garden. Feeding plants, maintaining and cleaning air conditioners, dehumidifiers, this will all be taught to you, no experience necessary here.
Daily Activities:
Cleaning up after rentals: cleaning and repairing swimming pools (must know about swimming pool repair), small painting, electrical, door locks, screens, plumbing, trash haul, masonry work, troubleshooting appliances, trips to Home Depot and other things related to maintaining a fancy house with rowdy renters.
Guest interaction: Checking guests into the home, getting the ID copy, going over the noise policy, walking the premises, answering any questions, politely and in detail to the guests satisfaction. (You will be trained on this)
Personal needs: taking care of my 2 dogs/1 cat when I travel, as well as miscellaneous errands.
About You:
Must have a drivers license and your own vehicle. Pickup truck/construction vehicle is a plus.
Must live close to the San Fernando Valley or surrounding areas.
Must be professional, detailed ordinated, reliable, have strong customer service and speak good English.
Must have a good set of your tools.
