Encino Hills General Contractor CEO seeking a professional personal / home assistant that lives within 10 miles of 91436 with reliable transportation and appearance.
Responsibilities include:
Grocery shopping and other errands
Light meal prep and housekeeping (there is a regular weekly housekeeper)
occasionally some help with my 3 year old or going out to purchase toys or assemble toys
Help with Laundry
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Coordinating/supervising property maintenance for multiple properties
Schedule
This is a part-time position (20 to 30 hours per week), though we will consider more hours for the right person. A flexible schedule is helpful as the schedule may occasionally vary, but generally I'm looking for someone to work Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm. Applicant must have a vehicle and clean driving record, be comfortable driving children, and be willing to undergo a background check.
If you have experience with QuickBooks, Excel, construction management, property management, social media, landscape design CAD, or if you are a great cook or chefthere could be additional weekly hours available.
Pay ranges from $25-$30/hr depending upon experience.
