Part time Janitorial and light maintenance position available for a 304 door Homeowner's Association. Hours can be flexible from Monday to Friday 7:00AM-5:00PM. Basic cleaning of the facility and general porter services needed.
- Must be able lift 50lbs
- Must have experience with light electrical
- Must have experience with light plumbing
- Must be self motivated and able to work independently.
30-40 hours a week
