We are looking for a reliable and experienced landscaper to help maintain the outdoor areas of our apartment buildings. This is a full-time position working across multiple properties, primarily in the Los Angeles area.
Responsibilities include:
Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
Maintaining and trimming hedges, bushes, and trees
Planting seasonal flowers and managing garden beds
Blowing walkways and keeping exterior areas clean
Removing trash and debris from outdoor common areas
Monitoring and maintaining irrigation systems
Reporting issues with landscaping or grounds
Requirements:
Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Basic tools and equipment a plus (but not required)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, full-time hours. Occasional weekend work may be required.
Compensation:
Pay depends on experience. Opportunity for long-term stable work.
