Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
On occasion, on call weekends or after-hours.
Must be knowledgeable in:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Repiping
- Basic handyman skills
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
Other requirements:
- Experience in apartment maintenance
- Great communication skills
- Bilingual( a plus)
