Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Paramount, CA
Pay: DOE
Shift: 3 pm - 11 pm (2nd shift)

Job Summary:
Seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to perform product inspections, testing, documentation, and compliance checks to ensure quality and food safety standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials, in-process mixes, and finished products
Perform GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance checks
Complete QA records, logs, and batch documentation
Conduct line checks, label verification, lot coding, and metal detector checks
Report non-conforming results and support corrective actions
Requirements:
QA or manufacturing experience (food industry preferred)
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Stand for long periods; lift up to 40 lbs
