General Labor/Order Puller
3rd Shift
1am or 2am Start time
Pay $18-$19 (DOE)
Overview:
Join our team as an Order Puller and play an essential role in delivering fresh, high-quality
produce to our customers. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, packaging,
and preparing produce orders for shipment in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled
environment. Ideal candidates have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to
quality and freshness.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately locate and pull produce items based on customer order sheets or digital
order management systems.
Inspect produce for quality, ensuring items meet company standards for freshness
and appearance.
Pack orders securely and handle produce with care to minimize bruising or damage.
Label orders correctly and prepare them for timely shipment or delivery.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed (if they
are forklift certified even better).
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe, efficient work
environment.
Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations to maintain produce quality.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse or produce handling role is a plus.
Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment (34-40°F) for
extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
