Project manager for award winning Residential Design and Build based in South Pasadena, needed to oversee residential remodeling projects.
REVIEW OF DUTIES:
-Provide overall management of high end residential construction
-Supervision and scheduling of Sub contractors
-Preparation and adaptions as necessary of project schedules
-Oversee implementation of contract work and change orders
-Attend weekly jobsite meetings with clients and subs as needed
-Attend pre-bid site review meetings
-Source new vendors and subcontractors as needed
-Responsible for reporting all information from jobs in daily job logs and or teams app
-Meeting with city inspectors for all job site inspections
-Meeting with engineer for site visits
-Must have a critical eye for excellence in the trades
- Must speak and write English well
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
-Read and fully comprehend blue prints
-Daily schedules, daily notes, daily job logs, detailed photographs at every visit.
-Creative problem solver
-Highly organized
-Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills.

Two plus years of experience in a similar position required. Must understand construction and all the trades.
