Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across all areas of the shop, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace
- Clean and arrange the prep area to optimize workflow and improve vehicle prep efficiency
- Track inventory of vehicle prep products and shop supplies, ensuring they are replenished when needed
- Properly dispose of trash, recyclable, and hazardous materials while following safety protocols
- Conduct daily inspections of shop tools and equipment, ensuring they are in proper working order
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to prevent equipment downtime
- Assist in organizing tools, parts, and materials for easy access by technicians and shop team
Qualifications
- Prior experience in shop maintenance, facility upkeep, or a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace
