Essential Functions
Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials
Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools
Control traffic passing near, in, and around work zones
Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps and other temporary structures.
Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools
Distribute building materials, machinery, and tools to the appropriate locations according to project plans and specifications
Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes.
Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment.
Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.
Ability to perform construction work, such as digging holes.
Understanding of equipment and inventory.
Follow safety rules and practices, complying with OSHA standards

Ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
