Responsibilities:
- Draft and research pleadings
- Draft and respond to discovery
- Draft meet and confer communications
- Communicate efficiently with clients and opposing counsel
- Communicate efficiently with office staff
- Must meet all deadlines
- Attend hearings
- Attend depositions
- Attend mediations
- Attend client meetings
- Maintain schedule
Qualifications:
