We need to file 5-10 cases per month for money owed for amounts from 10k to 10,000,000. You should be able to prepare complaints against debtors. Templates provided. Court appearances could be necessary after filing, but most cases are settled quickly.
Qualifications
· Juris Doctorate Degree
· Admission to the California State Bar
· Experience with business litigation-
· Strong negotiation and presentation skills
