Job Overview (FULL TIME-IN OFFICE)
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented business, real estate, and litigation lawyer to join our legal team. We also deal with insurance bad faith cases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding in Litigation and Business Law. This role requires exceptional Writing skills and the ability to conduct thorough legal research. As a business Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in drafting, reviewing, and researching while producing outstanding written material to support our ongoing legal matters.
Duties
Draft clear, review, and persuasive legal documents, including motions, pleadings etc.
Conduct comprehensive legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
Provide expert advice on business and litigation matters and assist in navigating complex legal issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation affecting related areas of law.
Assist in senior attorneys to develop legal strategies.
Utilize legal administrative tools such as Lexis-Nexis for case management and research purposes.
Requirements
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Detail-oriented person who can work independently, manage time efficiently, an and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret legal concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research methodologies and tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with legal research tools.
