Jalilvand Law Corporation (JLC) is seeking an experienced Client Intake Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish) to join our personal injury firm in Beverly Hills, CA. This candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, be a team player and take initiative with regard to deadlines and scheduling.
This is a Full-Time position.
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
Your responsibilities may include:
Answering phone calls
Drafting emails
Drafting correspondence to new clients and insurance companies
Calling clients and or witnesses to scheduling interviews, meetings, and depositions
Calling doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to obtain medical records
Organizing and maintaining documents in paper and electronic file systems

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
