Terrell Firm is now hiring recent college grads, aspiring paralegals, JD’s or administrative individuals passionate about law for an entry level legal assistant position. Must be Bilingual/Spanish-speaking. This job includes answering phones, scanning and filing documents, organizing case files, managing calendar dates for two attorneys, interacting with clients and medical staff, and managing the office workflow. Position is for our Lakeview Terrace office, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Proficient in Word, Excel, etc.

Highly Organized
Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish skills
Social media savvy a plus!
