Busy employment litigator seeking help with with busy case load. Among other tasks, the office needs someone to help with drafting complaints, propounding discovery, and responding to discovery. Cases are mostly employment cases including wage and hour, sexual harassment, and harassment/discrimination cases.
Class action and/or PAGA experience is a huge plus but not required. Spanish is a plus but not required.
Pay depends on experience. We are open to the possibily of hiring someone full time on salary or part-time / contractual.
