Sole practitioner in civil practice seeks contract attorney(s) for assistance in Los Angeles area. Applicants must be admitted and in good standing in California. Work would be remote, with hourly remuneration depending on experience. Open to different levels of skills/experience, but the more (relevant) experience the better.
Ideal candidate will have existing civil litigation skills (federal and state) with subject matter experience including debtor-creditor relations and the law governing the administration of decedents' estates.
