Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Investigator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in launching a career in private investigation and legal consulting. You will work alongside experienced professionals, supporting a variety of cases and gaining hands-on experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior investigators with research, case preparation, and evidence gathering
Conduct interviews, background checks, and field investigations under supervision
Compile and organize case files, reports, and supporting documentation
Observe court proceedings and assist with trial preparation
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards at all times
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the investigative team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Strong analytical, observational, and communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet research
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for assignments
Prior internship or experience in investigations or legal support is a plus, but not required
