Key Responsibilities
Assist in representing employees in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases.
-Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.
-Participate in client meetings, depositions, and court appearances under the supervision of senior attorneys.
-Support trial preparation and, when appropriate, contribute to trial or settlement proceedings.
Qualifications
-J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar (or eligibility to be admitted).
-Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
-MUST have 1-3 years experience in labor and employment law.
-Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
This is an in-office position
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $100,000+ annually, depending on experience.
