Seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney.
Skills & Requirements:
- Draft and finalize estate planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, Health Care Directives, and Financial Powers of Attorney
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies, wealth transfer, and tax implications
- Trust Administration experience
- Familiarity with gift and estate taxes
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, trust, and probate laws
- Conservatorship & Probate experience is a plus
Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with 3+ years of experience in Estate Planning,
