An established document preparation firm is in need of a paralegal/legal document assistant, 5 to 15 hours a week, paid on a 1099 invoice monthly (independent contractor/ no taxes withheld). Applicant must have past legal document or paralegal experience in Family Law with a firm understanding of the Judicial Council forms surrounding dissolution of marriage, paternity and child custody.
Applicant should be a good listener and patient. Good opportunity for the right person. Could turn into more work down the line. Remote okay, although must live in Southern California. Email list of past work experience or resume. Only serious minded apply.
