Our Encino law office is seeking a full-time paralegal or experienced legal assistant to assist 2 busy attorneys (Family Law and Corporate Law).
Candidate must have prior office experience, strong communication, legal calendaring experience, typing skills, working knowledge of Word, WordPerfect, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and be very detail oriented. Familiarity with court forms, e-filing, pleadings and discovery would be a huge plus. Must be fluent in English with excellent writing, grammar and spelling skills, and have the ability to operate a computer, copier, fax machine, and scanner.
