JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Civil/Business Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various areas of law and a strong background in litigation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of legal matters
- Stay current on changes in the law and legal trends
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Admitted to practice law in the state of California
- Minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience practicing law with a focus on litigation
- Experience conducting legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Legal administrative experience is a plus
Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year (Based on years of experience)
