Job description
Your duties will include:
- Propounding and Responding to Discovery Requests.
- Preparing Pleadings.
- Preparing Motions and Trial Documents.
- Keeping track of all Litigation Files.
- Calendaring.
- Noticing Depositions and other Hearings.
- Setting up Court Calls and Appearance Attorneys.
- Organizing documents for filing.
- Heavily Communicating with Opposing Counsel and Staff.
- Filing with State and Federal Electronic Filing Systems.
We are looking for a TEAM PLAYER with exceptional COMMUNICATION skills. This is an interactive work environment where you MUST be able communicate with your co-workers.
MOST IMPORTANTLY
You MUST have a thorough understanding of the Personal Injury Practice, both in the pre-litigation and Litigation phases, specifically the Rules of California and Federal Civil Procedure.
Resume Requirements
- Russian or Armenian language fluency is preferred, we will however consider all applicants resumes based on their merits.
- Must have at least 5 consecutive years of experience working as a Paralegal.
- Must be in .pdf (candidates who submit their resumes in any other format will be removed from consideration).
- Must have 3 references that are familiar with your work product and are willing to answer questions via telephone.

Salary Offering
- Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00
