Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Paralegal or Law Clerk to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will assist with various aspects of litigation, including drafting complaints, managing discovery, calendaring, motion work, and trial preparation. No prior experience in lemon law or personal injury is required; we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and file legal complaints, motions, and other documents.
- Assist with discovery processes, including drafting interrogatories and document requests.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all deadlines and appointments are met.
- Prepare trial materials, including exhibits and witness lists.
- Conduct legal research and compile information for case preparation.
- Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as needed.
- Support attorneys in court and during depositions, including preparing trial notebooks and case summaries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Paralegal certification or enrollment in a paralegal program is a plus but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
