Whitemore James Black, Inc. is a legal staffing firm. We are presently assisting the Los Angeles office of a top AmLaw firm on their search for Litigation Secretaries. They have both temporary and permanent, full-time openings at this time due to a spike in workflow. The salary for these openings is between $90K and $110K DOE.
These roles are hybrid-remote.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex litigation matters. The Legal Secretaries will support high-profile matters by assisting with the creation and editing of legal documents including pleadings and motions. The Secretary also should have experience filing in state, federal and appellate courts. Providing stellar executive assistance to the attorneys will also be essential in this role.
