We are looking for attorney to join us in trial commencing shortly in a Bad Faith Insurance Case. The case is against a large insurance carrier that sought default judgment despite duty to defend.
The ideal candidate would be:
i) a quick learner, or have some experience in insurance area, and
ii) be available to join case asap.
This is a contingency role which is ideal for RETIRED attorneys. We are open to evaluate other alternatives as long as reasonable.
