We are looking for attorney to join us in trial commencing shortly in a Real Estate Case - Breach of Fiduciary Duties by Broker. The case is scheduled month end in Stanley Mosk Courthouse. This is a simple case of Mortgage Broker/Lender who altered loan documents and breached numerous duties.
The ideal candidate would be:
i) a quick learner, or have some experience in Real Estate area, and
ii) be available to start shortly.
The candidate would also be available to assist in preparing for next trial in Real Estate Banking Area. Experience propounding and responding to discovery a great start.
We are not looking for any expensive attorneys, and the projects are ideal for RETIRED attorneys or those looking to build some trial experience.
