Responsibilities include interacting with clients, client intake, answering discovery (interrogatories, document production), obtaining medical records, assisting with discovery including deposition preparation, and trial preparation, etc. The ideal candidate must embrace a modern, technology-driven practice, yet value “old-school” collaboration and teamwork.
