Bilingual Paralegal (English/Spanish) — Litigation (PI)
Location: Glendale, CA (on-site at least 4 hrs/day; hybrid after training)

What You’ll Do
Pleadings & Filing: Draft/format/file complaints (PLD-PI-001, attachments), e-file in LASC, arrange service, track proofs.
Discovery: Prepare and manage ROGs/RFAs/RFPs, subpoenas, verifications; calendar deadlines; assemble discovery responses.
Claims & Case Admin: Open claims, request policy info, communicate with adjusters; organize medical records/billing, lien tracking.
Client Contact: Answer calls/texts, schedule visits, provide case updates (English/Spanish).
Clerical & Case Support: Scanning/OCR, Bates labeling, exhibits, simple demand packets, file and CRM updates.
What You Bring
Bilingual (English/Spanish) — written & spoken, client-facing.
2+ years California litigation experience (PI or insurance defense/plaintiff preferred).
Working knowledge of CA Rules of Court, LASC e-filing, service/meet-and-confer timelines.
Strong writing, organization, and follow-through; can hit the ground running and learn our systems quickly.
Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and a case-management tool (Merus and Zoho).
Schedule & Work Setup
On-site in Glendale at least 4 hours/day (core coverage); hybrid flexibility after onboarding.
Some phone coverage and deadline-driven availability.
Compensation
Hourly, DOE (competitive for Glendale market) + performance-based increases.
PTO/benefits discussed during interview (if applicable).
