Job Description:
As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from initial consultation through trial. Your expertise in the courtroom and passion for advocacy will be essential in securing the best outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in personal injury cases, including negotiating settlements and litigating in court.
Conduct thorough case investigations, gather evidence, and develop legal strategies.
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and trial briefs.
Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process.
Collaborate with support staff and other attorneys to ensure comprehensive case management.
Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and best practices.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in CA.
Minimum of 2 of experience in personal injury law, or Minimum of 5 years of Experience with a proven track record of trial experience.
Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to client advocacy and providing exceptional legal service.
