A boutique plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking to hire an attorney with at least three years of experience litigating employment lawsuits.
Excellent academic credentials and experience handling all aspects of litigation, including responding to and propounding written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and responding to motions. Experience with class certification and summary judgment motions is preferred.
Generous six-figure salary ($175k - $250k DOE), health, vision, dental, paid vacation, and bonus structure.
This position is almost exclusively for remote work.
