Join our reputable, client-focused law firm located in downtown Los Angeles and make a real difference in the lives of our clients! We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 5+ years of real estate and/or commercial litigation experience to join our dedicated team.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary starting at $150,000/year+ depending on years of experience
Low billable hour requirement
Typical work hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
The opportunity to work on both plaintiff and defense cases in real estate and business litigation
Qualifications:
5+ year of litigation experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
Drafting complaints, pleadings, and motions
Propounding and responding to written discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Handling cases from inception through trial and conducting trials
