Growing worker's compensation applicant's law firm is looking for a full-time attorney & full-time legal secretary. For attorney's position, minimum 5 years of experience in worker's compensation law either on applicant's or defense side is required. Ideal candidate shall be able to handle cases from A to Z with minimum or no supervision. Competitive negotiable base pay salary plus 10% bonus of 15% attorney fees from settlements for cases assigned to the attorney during 90 day probation period and afterwards 15% bonus from settlements. For legal secretary position Spanish speaking is a must. Some experience working in a workers compensation law firm is preferred but willing to train a right candidate.
