Family owned home improvement company looking for a dedicated Lead Generator to help us continue to expand our customer base by identifying potential clients in a retail environment.

Seeking additional proactive and engaging Full -Time Lead Generators to work in a local office space. The primary role will be to interact with customers, generate leads, and input those leads into our system using specialized software.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people and has basic computer skills.
Responsibilities:
Conducting warm calls to prospective clients
Must be energetic and assertive on calls!
Engage with customers to identify potential home improvement leads.
Effectively communicating with clients to get us in the door
Collect and input customer information into our lead management system.
Contact customers as needed to confirm appointments for company representatives
Assist the sales team by providing quality leads that are ready for follow-up.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Basic computer skills for data entry into our software.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with little to no guidance needed after training.
Prior experience in lead generation, sales or telemarketing is a must
