$17 $25 hourly or Salary position offered for individual who is willing to do more than

"Nail Salon Receptionist/Marketing Assistant/Personal Assistant" - Full Time and Part Time (Must be able to work weekends or Weekdays)

Are you a creative, punctual, and responsible individual with experience in the nail salon industry who has experience in Social Media Marketing? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are seeking a talented Nail Salon Receptionist/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, scheduling for technicians, clients, and assisting with various marketing initiatives to help grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

-Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. (Must have nail enhancement knowledge or ability to learn in a week, must have some passions for beauty, nail industry)

-Manage appointment scheduling nail technician and client records using the Square app, cashing out, balancing cashiers ledger.

-Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions and ability to close with accuracy.

-Assist with social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns (Must be proficient with Tiktok, Instagram, Yelp)

-Coordinate with the salon team to ensure a seamless customer experience

-Basic Accounting Skill set and proficiency in Apps and Software usage or learning ability

-Maintain a clean and organized not only reception area but the whole store. (Maintaining and keeping up with State Board Rules and Regulation to make sure everything is compliant)

-Perform other administrative tasks as needed (Basic accounting, google sheet, google doc and Canva experience is plus)

Qualifications:

-Previous experience working in a nail salon or similar customer service-oriented environment (Minimum of 1+ year)

Proficient in using the Square app for appointment booking, point-of-sale, and customer management (Minimum of 1+ year)

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Loyalty for the success of the store/business.

-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities (ability to take phone call, assist customers, daily/weekly/monthly tasks along with marketing assistant)

-Creative mindset with a flair for marketing and social media (daily posting, increasing the engagement followers to convert to lead, appointments)

-Punctual, reliable, and responsible (Store key holder for open and closing the store)

-Passion for the nail salon industry and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service
