Seeking a graphics designer/layout artist to design a new magazine. It is a Men’s lifestyle magazine similar to Men’s Health and GQ. But we’re aiming to create a bold, modern, stylized look similar to GQ, Wired and Bold magazine. (8.5 x 11 standard size)
The project will include designing a main front cover, as well as graphics and layouts for roughly 30 pages of content,
We will provide all the written material and some images, but we'd love for you to source additional images to enhance the overall design. The magazine should have a clean, minimalist style, with sharp, innovative layouts, bold headings, with lots of white space. It should also feature dynamic and eye-catching visuals, sleek typography, and striking imagery to create an edgy, modern and stylized look that exudes confidence and authority. Don't want another boring, stuffy magazine.
This would be a one time project and if it works out there will be additional issues to create in the near future with a possible full time position with the magazine. This first issue we’re creating on spec and will set the tone and design for future issues.
