Responsibilities
-Create and manage content for Instagram and other platforms
-Highlight before and after repairs, customer success stories, shop updates and promotions
-Capture in shop content (photos, videos, reels) showcasing repairs, paint jobs, and team culture
-Monitor comments, messages, and reviews
-Develop Strategies to grow our online presence and bring in new customers
-Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for best results
Requirements
-Experience managing social media for a business
-Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing
-Knowledge of social media trends and how to apply them to our industry
-Excellent communication and creativity
-ability to work in-shop to capture real-time content
