Role Overview We need a 3PL Lead in North Hollywood. This person will act as backup to leadership, keeping on top of client statuses, onboarding, vendor compliance, freight, and daily operations. They must be client facing and able to manage both internal execution and external communication.
Hands-on experience and will step in to assist whenever necessary Key Responsibilities Review all client orders in ShipHero daily, resolve holds, and update clients on status Monitor carrier scan reports daily and flag lost, stuck, or delayed orders to carriers and clients Manage freight including booking, receiving inbound freight, creating BOLs, and scheduling trucks Oversee client onboarding checklists, follow up with team members or clients until tasks are complete Review vendor compliance forms for clients (HSN, QVC, ULTA, Sephora, Credo, TJX, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and others) and ensure B2B orders meet requirements to avoid chargebacks Partner with manufacturing wing to confirm shippers, dunnage, branded tape, and packaging materials when needed Communicate directly with clients on Slack, email, phone calls, and meetings Perform random QC checks on pick, pack, and shipped orders Ensure daily reports and exceptions reports are accurate and completed Requirements
Experience in 3PL, warehousing, or logistics preferred Strong client facing communication skills across Slack, email, and calls Computer savvy with Excel, Word, Google Workspace, ShipHero Familiarity with retailer vendor compliance requirements preferred Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, multi client environment Proactive, detail oriented, and willing to work past standard hours when needed
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM,
Pay: $22.00-24.00
