We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Facility Specialist to help set up production facility located in San Dimas, CA. Our company focuses on creating high-quality sea moss products, and we need a professional to lead the development of our production line, including equipment setup, mixing, bottling, and overall facility layout.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and oversee the construction of the production facility, including the layout of the mixing and bottling areas.
Plan and install equipment for sea moss mixing, processing, and packaging.
Ensure all machinery is properly set up, calibrated, and maintained.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to source and install the necessary equipment.
Develop processes and procedures to ensure efficient production flow.
Implement safety and quality control standards for all production operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in setting up production facilities, ideally in the food or supplement industry.
Strong knowledge of industrial equipment installation, particularly in mixing and bottling.
Ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
Understanding of safety standards and quality control in a production environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and external partners.
