About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Line Lead to oversee daily operations on our cosmetics manufacturing line. This role is critical in ensuring production efficiency, product quality, and team productivity.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead production line staff to meet daily schedules and output goals.
Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety standards, and company procedures.
Train, coach, and support production operators.
Monitor production flow and quickly resolve issues or bottlenecks.
Conduct line setup, changeovers, and verification checks.
Report production data, downtime, and performance metrics to management.
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetics contract manufacturing (required).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with production line operations and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and FDA manufacturing standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work or move to a 2nd shift as needed.
Pay: $20.00-24.00
Hours:Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
