Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sanitation Team Lead to oversee our sanitation operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of commercial chemical usage and MSDS protocols. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about cleanliness and safety, and who thrives in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate sanitation team activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
Ensure proper usage and storage of commercial cleaning chemicals according to MSDS guidelines.
Train team members on sanitation practices and safety protocols.
Monitor sanitation processes and maintain quality control.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to report issues or improvements.
Uphold a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a sanitation lead role.
A minimum of 2 years of general sanitation experience.
Knowledge of commercial chemical usage and MSDS.
Proven leadership experience in a sanitation or related field.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
