Job Description:
In this hands-on role, you will work directly with the owner, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient production. Responsibilities may include shop setup, general maintenance, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Full-time position, 40+ hours per week (some Saturdays may be required)
High school diploma or GED required
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to work with tools and lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
Proven track record of strong work history and excellent attendance
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
Benefits:
