We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team, with expertise in QuickBooks and billing, along with some management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

Manage the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

Handle accounts receivable, including follow-up on overdue payments.

Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Analyze financial data to support management decision-making.

Other Duties:

Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries.

Manage filing and document organization.

Provide customer support and address client inquiries.

Monitor and manage office supplies.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounting, particularly with QuickBooks.

Strong knowledge of billing and accounts receivable processes.

Organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in financial business management.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
