We’re looking for a full-time Office Manager to join our growing auto body shop in Northridge (91325).
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Managing files and insurance claim cases, open to close
Answering phones and handling customer communication
Coordinating schedules and workflow
Performing all front office duties
Preferred Experience:
Prior work in a body shop or auto repair setting is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with insurance paperwork and customer service
Compensation: Based on experience
